  • What floor plans are available?

    Belrose offers a variety of thoughtfully designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment floor plans in Houston, TX, making it easy to find a layout that fits your lifestyle. Whether you’re searching for a cozy one-bedroom retreat or a spacious three-bedroom home, each floor plan is designed with comfort, style, and modern living in mind. Select layouts also include features like sunrooms and open-concept living spaces for added flexibility and convenience. Browse the available floor plans to find the home that best fits your needs.
  • What is included in the rent?

    All floor plan pricing reflects base rent only. Additional monthly fees and one-time charges may apply and vary by apartment home, lease term, and selected options. Please review the fee details or contact our leasing team for a personalized quote.

  • What lease terms are available?

    At Belrose, we offer flexible lease terms of 3 to 13 months.
  • Are there any move-in specials?

    Any current leasing incentives or specials will be listed on our website or provided by our leasing team.
  • Is renters insurance required?

    Belrose does not require renters’ insurance. Property liability is $15.00 per month and is included in the monthly fees, but it does not cover renters' belongings.
  • What are the application requirements?

    We require all applicants 18 years of age or older to complete an application. Each applicant will go through ID verification and rental verification. We also require either the two most recent pay stubs or the three most recent bank statements showing a combined income of at least 2.5 times the rent.
  • What fees are due at move-in?

    To make things simple and clear, we have put together a list of potential fees you might encounter as a current or future resident. This guide is included to make it easy to see both one-time and monthly fees that may apply beyond the base rent.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We welcome cats and dogs at Belrose and allow up to two pets per apartment home. There is no required pet deposit, but we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00 per pet. Pet rent is $25.00 per pet, per month. Service animals and assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Can apartments be customized?

    Under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), reasonable accommodations and modifications can be made to allow people with disabilities equal opportunity to enjoy their housing. Other modifications to apartment homes must comply with community guidelines. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding décor or approved changes.

  • What amenities are available?

    At Belrose, residents can enjoy a wide range of modern apartment and community amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Apartment homes feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious layouts, large closets, and select private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, media room, playground, covered parking, controlled access, and an on-site dog park.   • Are washer and dryer units included?

    At Belrose, select apartment homes include a washer and dryer. Visit the Amenities page and review the Interior Features section for more details.

  • What parking options are available?

    Garage parking is available for $125 per month. Carports are available for $35 per month. Please contact the office for additional details.
  • What is located near the community?

    Belrose is located in Houston’s Westchase district, near destinations such as Arthur Storey Park, Bayland Park, George Bush Park, Houston Christian University, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, CityCentre, Houston’s Chinatown, and a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options along Westheimer Road.   • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents may submit maintenance requests through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office. Emergency maintenance requests can also be submitted through the resident portal or by calling the office and speaking with Penny, our virtual assistant, who can help submit an emergency service request.

  • What security features are available?

    Belrose is a gated community with a courtesy patrol that monitors the property during evening hours, as well as an on-site officer who lives on the property. Apartments are equipped with security deadbolts that can only be engaged and disengaged from inside the apartment home.
  • How can I contact management?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Rent payments may be made through the resident portal. In limited, case-by-case situations, money orders or cashier’s checks may be accepted in the office. Please contact the leasing office with any questions.

  • What is required to take a tour?

    Anyone 18 years of age or older who wishes to tour an apartment home must present a valid ID and complete Snapt verification, our ID verification process.
  • How do I schedule a tour?

    Tours may be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office. We offer both in-person and virtual tour options.
